A referral program is available through which commissions are offered in accordance with the terms set forth below. The purpose of this program is to increase the general awareness of our services throught a network of system and software professionals and existing customers.

Our referral program is only offered to our authorized representatives. Application to become an authorized representative can be made through our authorized representative application form. In order to be eligible for a commission, the representative must be referenced in the first correspondence we receive from a potential customer. If the customer uses our inquiry form there are special fields for this purpose; however, if the customer elects to send us an e-mail, the representative must be explicitly and uniquely given as a reference in the e-mail.

Machrotech will pay its authorized representatives the current commission rate on any eligible Machrotech services under the following terms:

Commissions are only paid when services are successfully rendered to the customer.

Commissions are only paid when a new customer has enlisted our services.

Services are deemed to have been successfully rendered only when the customer has paid for the services in full and the MachroTech guarantee period has expired.

Eligible services include server installation and the first year of server support. Commissions are not payable on support contracts past the first year. Commissions will be accumulated and will be paid quarterly.

If commissions are paid as a percentage of the service fee, the fee used for the calculation is net of any discounts, deductions, allowances and taxes.

The referral rate can range anywhere between 5 to 20% of the software or networking contract depending on the nature, size and duration of the project.

MachroTech reserves the right to refuse the application of any potential representative for any reason. MachroTech also reserves the right to rescind the authorized representative status of any party. These notifications will be made by e-mail and Machrotech cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or non-receipt of these notifications.
